So.. I’ve read the newest chapter of Naruto…
here is the summary!!
Actually, Itachi fought Sasuke for throwing away the cursed seal Orochimaru had made. By fighting someone close to Sasuke, (It’s Itachi. It’s not Naruto) Sasuke’s mangekyou sharingan would wake up (something like that, I dunno, my english isn’t really good)]
Itachi fought Sasuke for Sasuke’s sake. Itachi loved her brother very much. He planted Amaterasu in Sasuke. He told untrue story to Sasuke bcause he didn’t want Sasuke recognized what he did. He lied to Sasuke so that Sasuke wouldn’t believe Madara.
Itachi, after having left the village for his crime, joined Akatsuki for watching the organization from inside. He always thinking about Konoha and Sasuke. The third hokage had sworn to protect Sasuke, so, immidiately after his death, Itachi appeared in Konoha, for telling Danzo and village elders, “I’m alive.”
Sasuke didnt believe what Madara said, and when Madara yelled, “BUT YOU’RE ALIVE!” he shocked.
Finally, Sasuke realized that what Madara had said is true. It’s the truth.
Madara told him again, “By killing Itachi, you (Sasuke) will be marked as a hero in Konoha. You killed someone who had killed Uchiha clan, and that’s the point.” that’s why Itachi was smiling when he died.
